I believe there's a better way to work in the 21st century. It's one where people love what they do and have the tools they need to unleash their full potential. I've spent the past decade building, advising and leading consultancies that are pioneering these new ways of working.
As Director of Organizational Change at NOBL Collective, I help leaders make culture their competitive advantage. From rapidly scaling startups who need to manage social complexity, through to major corporates with a need for speed and humanity. I’m on the NOBL board and lead our New York office. Previously, I launched and grew the US business of global coaching partnership Within People, helping leaders and their teams reimagine the way they work to create the business of their dreams. Prior to Within at Futerra, a consultancy based in London, I helped FTSE100 leadership teams innovate sustainable business models and grew a fledgling corporate strategy offer into a successful global practice.
I love creating, talking and writing about big ideas that have the potential to change how we work. Recently I've spoken about how to build a 21st century workforce and how to codify your values as a business. I’ve written about why leading=teaming and why consulting is broken (and four ways to fix it), and co-led groundbreaking global research on how culture drives growth.
